I am the Founder and Co-Owner of Rise Kickbox. I bring a 15 year career of international competitions in amateur professional Mixed Martial Arts, Muay Thai and a brown belt in Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu. I have had the honor to train under world champions and coach students throughout the US, China and Thailand. I was also fortunate enough to take on the opportunity as a cast member on one of the original Ultimate Fighter seasons. My passion of health and wellness is expanded as an avid practitioner of weight training, cardio, plyometrics, yoga and nutrition. My experience spans with clients from all age ranges to achieve their fitness and personal goals. I am confident that I can do the same for you.
I am lucky to have a facility of my own to be able to pass on the knowledge that has been bestowed upon me and continue to grow with our members and staff.

Come get your sweat on and learn proper technique in this 45 minute heavy bag class! We mix it up with easy to follow combos as well as ab & body weight exercises! Great class for everyone from beginner to pro!
In this partner based class the combos and techniques will be a little bit more advanced. A few bag work classes & a decent understanding of our combo system would be highly encouraged. You and your partner will take turns holding and hitting Thai pads. Feel free to ask any of our instructors if you are interested in trying this fun & energetic class!
In this class we’re building lean muscle by using added resistance with kettlebells and medicine balls. In kickboxing, speed and agility are key, so every muscle needs to serve a purpose. We’ll focus on long, lean muscle and tone exactly what you need. All levels welcome!
Come and take your kickboxing skills to the next level in this fun and safe 45 min partner based drilling class. You will develop your blocking, countering & timing, as well as distance awareness and striking strategies. Please ask your Rise instructor if you are interested in participating. *Must have shin pads, gloves and mouthpiece to participate.*
